National Commission for Minorities
It has the following provisions:
(1) There shall be a special officer (Linguistic Minority Commissioner) for the linguistic minority classes to be appointed by the President.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Special Officer to investigate all matters related to safeguards provided for linguistic minorities under the Constitution. He shall report to the President all such matters in which the President may directly interfere.
